ORDER

This Court finds that for the grievance of the petitioner, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, they appear to have approached the authority concerned only on 03.02.2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.3485 of 2021 and without giving reasonable time to the authority concerned to take action on the representation, they have needlessly rushed to this Court by invoking its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
