O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the accused persons in connection with Crime No.153 of 2014, dated 15.06.2014, expedite the investigation and file a final report, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that already investigation in Crime No.153 of 2014 has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the same has also been taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.1235 of 2017.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
