Respondent PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to issue summons to the petitioners for their attendance in connection with C.C.No.46 of 2013 and C.C.No.137 of 2013 in respect of Crime Nos.7 & 8 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police after the posting of the Presiding Officer in the specially constituted Magistrate Court for Land Grabbing, Tiruchirappalli. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to issue summons to the petitioners for their attendance in connection with C.C.No.46 of 2013 and C.C.No.137 of 2013 in respect of Crime Nos.7 & 8 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police after the posting of the Presiding Officer in the specially constituted Magistrate Court for Land Grabbing, Tiruchirappalli.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no Court to conduct the trial for Land Grabbing offences and the matter is pending before the Supreme Court. Further, he submits that on receipt of summons from the concerned trial Court in connection with C.C.No.46 of 2013 and C.C.No.137 of 2013 in respect of Crime Nos.7 & 8 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners will appear before the trial Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition is diposed of with the direction to the petitioners shall appear on receipt of summons by the trial Court in connection with C.C.No.46 of 2013 and C.C.No.137 of 2013 in respect of Crime Nos.7 & 8 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.
