ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the FIR against the proposed accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2015 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court and to file final report after conducting proper investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint was closed. However, the respondent is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already sent.
