ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the first respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 11 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai and taken on file as C.C.No.19 of 2022.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
