Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petition mentioned vehicle was seized in connection with illegal transportation of sand.
3.The Hon'ble Division Bench has indicated that the application for release will have to be moved only before the jurisdictional Court.
4.Therefore, the respondents are directed to produce the vehicle before the Court concerned at the earliest and without any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.3463 of 2021 delay. The petitioner is at liberty to move the Court below for appropriate relief. As and when the petition is filed by the petitioner, the same will be numbered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten days thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 5.With this direction to the respondents and liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
