O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.183 of 2013 pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy.

2.When the matter was posted for admission on 02.12.2014, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, it was ordered to post after vacation. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
