ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition No.iii imposed while granting order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.951 of 2025, by an order dated 17.01.2025. The condition which had been imposed by this Court was that the petitioners should report before the Respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. In the affidavit now filed seeking modification, it has been stated that the petitioners are being harassed by the respondent police that they will register a false case and it is stated that they were ready to comply the condition before the Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District. Hence, they seeks modification of the condition imposed upon them in the present case.

3. Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. The petitioner was granted Anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD)No.951 of 2025, dated 17.01.2025, they were imposed with certain conditions. Now the petitioners seeking modification of condition No.iii.

5. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified and the petitioners are directed to appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District, daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. The other conditions shall remain intact.
