ORDER

This writ petition is filed as against the order of suspension dated 11.12.2020 passed by the respondent.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the order of suspension dated 11.12.2020 has already been revoked by the respondent. However, he admits that charge memo is yet to be issued to the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order of suspension dated 11.12.2020 has already been revoked by the respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
