A report dated 15.06.2017 received form the Session Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni reveals the fart that the petitioners is complying with the condition from 26.12.2016 to till date as per the conditional order dated 20.12.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD) No.12242 of 2016. Considering the reason assigned in paragraph no.6 of the affidavit and also proper compliance, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court first working day of every month at 10.30 am till the disposal of the appeal.
