Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The petitioners seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct a survey in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.33/12, Sub-Divided as 33/12A1A located at Sevalpatti Village, Kattukuthagai Karisalkulam Hamlet, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar, measuring to an extent of 10 cents.

4. According to the petitioners, they have made an application to survey the subject property and fix four boundaries on 30.11.2021. Subsequently, he has also made an online application on 17.05.2022. Since no action was taken thereon, he has given a representation on 27.11.2024.
5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
6. Considering the fact that the petitioners have made their first application way back in November 2021 and have also made an online application on May 2022, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to conduct a survey on the petitioner's property and fix four boundaries within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations and directions. No costs.
