ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.264 of 2012 on the file of the second respondent police, Sathur Taluk Police Station, Sathur, Virudhunagar District to any other competent investigation agencies.

2. When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted in Crime No.264 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2012 and the same was closed as action dropped. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
