ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take steps to block the circulation of fake photo having scandalous statements about the petitioner's leader Mrs.Soniya Gandhi W/o.Rajiv Gandhi in social media and to remove the same from the social media by taking appropriate actions on basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2021.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent on 21.12.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.12.2021 after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
