O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, the respondent police have conducted enquiry and closed the same, since the matter pertaining to landlord and tenant dispute. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed by the respondent police, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
