The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2021 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 28.07.2021, which is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the third respondent to issue summons to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to both of them, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With this direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
