Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for R1 to R4 and the learned Government Advocate for the fifth respondent. Issuance of notice to R6 & R7 is dispensed with. 2/4
2. The petitioner is a resident of Pillathurai village. Copy of the "A" register extract has been enclosed. It is seen therefrom that S.No.428 has been classified as "river". The 4th respondent undertakes to conduct survey and remove the encroachments if any found in S.No.428.
3. Recording the said undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
