ORDER
Heard Mr. S.Madhavan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Subbaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader for the First to Third Respondents and Mr. P.Mahendran, Learned Counsel for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has challenged the order of the Fourth Respondent dated 04.02.2020, which is impugned in the Writ Petition, by way of a Revision Petition before the 2/4
Commissioner, in which orders have been reserved after hearing the parties. In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to workout his remedy depending upon the outcome of the revision petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification.
