ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7141/2023/A4(17), dated 11.09.2023.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner has made an application on 11.09.2023 seeking cancellation of patta and for the issuance of the same in the petitioner's favour. The said proceedings are pending from September 2023 and the petitioner has also fairly disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that the second respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.29 of 2025 and the same is pending before the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul.

4.In view of the above, the first respondent shall pass final orders in the pending proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7141/2023/A4(17), dated 11.09.2023, after 2/4

affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties in O.S.No.29 of 2025. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
