This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the District Munsif, Oddanchathiram to dispose the O.S.No.107 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The grievance of the revision petitioner / plaintiff is that he has filed a suit in O.S.No.107 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Oddanchatrram and the defendants set ex parte in the said suit. Now, the case is posted for ex parte evidence.

3. So, the petitioner can approach the concerned Court itself for speedy disposal. There is no question of issuing direction by this Court. If any such request is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the trial Court on merits.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
