This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to take action against 4th and 5th respondents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 15.10.2025 to the respondents 2 and 3, seeking to take action against the respondents 4 and

5. Since the same was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
