O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in this habeas corpus petition is to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter and her minor son by name, Radha Preethi and Minor Sai, S/o Vijay Anand, aged about 31 and 7 years respectively before this Court and and set them at liberty.
2.The petitioner would claim that his daughter, the detenu herein was married to one Vijay Anand in the year 2012 and during their wedlock, they are blessed with a child, the second detenu herein. He would further state that due to matrimonial dispute, his daughter is staying with him for the past three years, however, she was found missing along with her minor son from 10.02.2021 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.277 of 2021 hence, he lodged a complaint on the very next day, which was registered as Crime No.102 of 2021. Since no effective steps were taken, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner and the detenues have appeared before this Court from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, the first detenue would state that due to compulsion to consent for diverse, she left the petitioner and she stayed along with the second detenu in her relatives' house and now she is ready to go with her father, the petitioner herein and he has also accepted the same.
4.In the light of the above fact, nothing survives for further adjudication in this habeas corpus petition and hence, the same is dismissed.
