ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 452, 294(b) and 307 of I.P.C,. @ into section 120(B), 452, 294(b) and 307 IPC in Crime No.673 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is said to have assaulted the de-facto complainant and due to that, the de-facto complainant said to have sustained simple injury.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the defacto complainant sustained simple injury and he was discharged from the hospital.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl. Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraneal and on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the purpose of interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.

6.
