ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the private respondents 3 and 4 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.01.2026 and conclude the enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.56 of 2026 has been registered.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
