ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the departmental proceedings initiated against the accused Murugiah Pandian in connection with Crime No.163 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent police from the second respondent file to any other suitable investigating officer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the investigation in Crime No.163 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent police has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.182 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
