This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate steps to take over the administration of the temple under the control of the HR & CE Department, in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.1482054/2025/E5, dated 08.05.2025, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025 in respect of the temple, namely, Arulmighu Rajanarayana Perumal and Ariyanayagi Amman, situated at Vallambakadu Village, Arasarakulam Thenpathi, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025, action has already been initiated and the respondents are now intending to conduct an enquiry.

3. In view of the above submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
