This Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in M.C. No.70 of 2019, dated 31.12.2021 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli. 1/3
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 31.03.2022, this court considering the nature of the dispute and also the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, referred the matter to mediation and after mediation, report has been received stating that the parties have entered into compromise and they have also enclosed the settlement agreement. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the revision may be disposed in terms of the settlement agreement entered into between the parties. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Criminal Revision is disposed of, in the terms of the settlement agreement. The said settlement agreement shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
