2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 21.06.2023, has been complied with. He has also filed a Compliance Memo to that effect.
3. In view of the said compliance, the following order is passed: (i) Since the petitioner complied with the order passed by this Court, by depositing entire compensation amount, the interim stay granted by this Court is made absolute:
(ii) The learned trial judge, is hereby directed to deposit the total amount of Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Twenty Thousand) in any one of the Nationalized Bank in interest bearing account.
