O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 63 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 143, 283, 291 of IPC and Section 83(2) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, on the file of the first respondent in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, they conducted enquiry and filed the Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Tirunelveli and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.4864 of 2025.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the Final Report in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected Page No. 2 of 4

miscellaneous petition is closed.
