RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.5765 of 2017 in dated 11.05.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NIRANJAN S.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This petition is ordered accordingly.
