Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The only grievance raised by the petitioner in this Writ Petition is to consider his representation dated 20.01.2025 submitted to the respondents, seeking to refix the scale of pay of the petitioner in the post of Special Grade Lab Assistant as per G.O.Ms.No.314 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 22.07.2013.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 20.01.2025, in our considered view it is appropriate and reasonable
to dispose of this writ petition without going into the merits of the case with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated time, to meet the ends of justice.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 20.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in accordance with law.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
