[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made in Survey No.59/5 in Kalimangalam Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 27.02.2019 and 20.06.2019.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the authorities conducted inspection and found that the subject land is a patta land and there is no encroachment as alleged by the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, if any grievance exits, the petitioner is at liberty to establish his right before the competent civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
