Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Right to Information Act Appeal in numbers S.A.No. 1267/2019 dated 21.02.2019 and S.A.No.747/2019 dated 06.02.2019, by considering his representation dated 05.09.2019, within the period within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner made a representation dated 05.09.2019 to the respondent to dispose of the appeal made by him. Till date, the respondent has not considered the application made by the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present writ petition.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 05.09.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
