2. The relief sought for in the writ petition is to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2019. In the present case, if any such direction is issued, it would do no service to the cause of justice.

3. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that the petitioner has raised certain public interest related issues for appointment. Therefore, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly, dismissed. In the event of any specific grievance, the petitioner is at liberty to redress the same in 2/4

the manner known to law. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
