This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnors / Respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.14097 of 2024 dated 01.07.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today (17.06.2025), learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court was complied and an order has also been passed to that effect by the respondents.

3. In view of the above submission, the compliance is recorded and further action is dropped. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
