This petition has been filed by the accused No.3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent to some other independent agency under the supervision of the first respondent herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. This petition is filed by the accused No.3 in this case, who has no loco standi to file this petition seeking transfer of investigation till cognizable of the case is taken. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
