Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MARIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.A.RAMAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
