mischief, damage to property and illegal seizure of the JCB vehicle bearing Regn.No.TN 65 AY 7660 and thereby conduct a fair, impartial and expeditious enquiry in accordance with law and consequently ensure to not to interfere in respect of the lands in S.No.28/3C, measuring 1 acre 12 1⁄2 cents situated at Perunazhi village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District which is the subject matter of O.S.No.17 of 2019 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Muthukulathur and also grant the petitioners adequate protection.
