ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused No.2 and 3 in Crime No.337 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(II) of I.P.C., and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and accused No.1 said to have scolded the de-facto complainant in filthy language and assaulted him due to a family dispute between them and hence, a case has been registered against them as referred to above. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital and it is a case and case in counter.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nilakkottai, Dindigul District and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
