(MD) No.1199 of 2017 vide its order dated 20/04/2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.S.R.RAJANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
