ORDER

This review application has been filed seeking to review the order, dated 03.01.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.10 of 2025. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submitted that the writ appeal which was filed by the very same review petitioners before this Court in W.A. (MD)No.539 of 2025 was dismissed by an order dated 13.03.2025. 3.In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere since it is a matter where the review petitioner has physically disconnected the electricity connection to the writ petitioner's family who are residing in the another portion of the ground floor while the writ petitioner is far away from home and employed in Abu Dhabi. Since this review petition is filed prior to the filing of the writ appeal, I don't find any necessity to interfere. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
