This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2015 and to give adequate police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members.
2.The petitioner seeks police protection to her life and limb through a representation dated 01.10.2015. Now, 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
