ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.Paulpandi, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 to 5.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondents to administer COVID - 19 vaccine to all the people without costs in a war footing manner, to fix the fees to administer COVID-19 vaccine in private hospital in Tamil Nadu, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2021.

3. Counter affidavit has been filed by the Director of Public Health, from which, we find that adequate measures have been taken by the State Government. Let continued efforts be taken by the State Government to achieve the objective.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
