RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order of this Honourable Court dated 10.04.2017 made in Crl.OP (MD)No.3990 of 2017 of directing him to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.00am in connection with Crime No.45 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sernthamaram Police Station, Tirunelveli District forthwith.
