ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenue viz., M.Monish, s/o. Moorthi, aged about 28 years from the hands of the third respondent and produce before this Court.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his son viz., M.Monish, s/o. Moorthi, aged about 28 years, was kidnapped by the third respondent. Though a complaint has been given to the first respondent, no action has been taken. Thereby, this petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenue viz., M.Monish, s/o. Moorthi aged about 28 years from the hands of the third respondent and produce before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the second respondent Police has produced the alleged detenue before this Court. This https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD].No.2827 of 2020 Court enquired the alleged detenue and he stated that the petitioner is his mother and he had married the third respondent viz., Karthigadevi against the wishes of his mother and he has gone on his own volition and he is not confined by anybody.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
