PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2021 in speedy manner within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking speedy disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Aruppukkottai, within a period that may be fixed by this Court.

2.The parties are referred to as per the rank mentioned before the Court below.

3.The petitioner herein/husband has filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Aruppukkottai, to dissolve the marriage, which was solemnized between the petitioner and the respondent on 17.02.2019. Both of them living separately. Due to misunderstanding between them, the petitioner has filed the petition in H.M.O.P. No.49 of 2021.

4.Heard on the side of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the material documents available on record. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/husband is working in Singapore and return back to India. Due to COVID-19, now he is residing at Aruppukkottai. He would further submit that he is ready to go to Singapore for his livelihood. 6.Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also considering the fact that the matter is pending from the year 2021, the learned Subordinate Judge, Aruppukkottai, is directed to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.

7.With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
