ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3, to carryout necessary corrections in UDR FMB and online FMB in S.No.520/14 to the extent of 1614 sq.ft situated at Thirupparankundram Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District.

2. The petitioner has made an application to the respondents 2 and 3 on 25.12.2024, despatched on 26.12.2024, seeking necessary corrections. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the correction is not pertaining to UDR FMB, but only Natham FMB, the 2/4

competent Authority in this regard is second respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition and at the same time protecting the interest of the newly impleaded 4th respondent, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the newly impleaded 4th respondent and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2024, despatched on 26.12.2024, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
