ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey was already done on 09.01.2023. The first respondent is directed to serve a copy of the survey report on the petitioner.

3.With this direction to the first respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. I make it clear that the petitioner is aggrieved with the survey report, he can take request to appropriate legal remedies. There shall be no order as to costs.
