ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam to dispose of Cr.M.P.No.4656 of 2021 in Cr.M.P.No.1222 of 2018 in M.C.No.2 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending from the year 2016 without any progress.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam to dispose the case pending in Cr.M.P.No.4656 of 2021 in Cr.M.P.No.1222 of 2018 in M.C.No.2 of 2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this Court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
