This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 1116 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.1116 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai on 20.07.2021 itself.
