PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to do his Pooja works in the temple by name Muneeswar Vinayagar Kovil, which is situated in R.S. No. 40/3, Uchapatti Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.01.2020 and representation dated 10.02.2020.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to do his Pooja works in the temple by name Muneeswar Vinayagar Kovil, which is situated in R.S. No. 40/3, Uchapatti Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of a complaint given by the petitioner on 14.01.2020 and representation, dated 10.02.2020.

Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the respondent and based on which enquiry has been initiated in Memo No.16/2020, dated 14.01.2020 and during enquiry if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
